The Brief

BBI are pioneers in modernising healthcare through the use of biometric sensing technology for early risk assessment and monitoring of chronic, preventable conditions in collaboration with clinicians.

We were approached by BBI to support their global proposition (US and European teams) in bringing a new product to market. The focus for phase one was to create a ‘movement’ within the healthcare sector, raising product awareness, dispelling myths, thought leadership, and ultimately driving product sales.

The Work

A multi-channel strategy with the digital arm covering website design and development, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid search. Offline we supported the marketing activities with photography, video, print collateral, design and creative.

We established the foundations to build on through a comprehensive brand review. This allowed us to fully understand the brand touchpoints across the business and outgoing marketing. We then provided structure and control for all marketing through the creation of a robust set of brand guidelines.

Website design and build showcased the new product (sem-scanner.com) focusing on the usability and building trust in the business with evidence-based content. The website portrays the benefits of the product and ring-fences the SEM Scanner brand as a separate asset.

Our social media strategy supported the ‘movement’ of SEM Scanner messaging, and provided the BBI team with creative and content support, which enhanced and aligned with the global communication strategy, creating a holistic approach to marketing output.

The offline work focused on creative support producing everything from exhibition stands through to publications, with a view to building a library of marketing collateral, ensuring maximum ROI.
